Shipping and Returns
All orders ship free in the USA. Orders generally process within 2 business days or less and arrive 5-10 business days after your order is placed. You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships, and when your order has been delivered. Some orders may ship items separately to avoid delays. Please allow extra time during the holidays.
If you receive any damaged items, you will be eligible for a replacement item, free of charge. We must be notified of the damaged item(s) within 7 days of receiving your shipment, by emailing email@example.com with a description of the damaged item(s).
If you wish to receive a refund, we must be notified within 14 days of receiving your shipment, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with a ASN# and return shipping instructions to return your item(s) that you wish to receive a refund for. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If 14 days have gone by since your item(s) were received, or if you do not notify us of your refund request prior to returning the item(s), you will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized portraits, once your order has shipped. However, if there is an issue/error with your order, we will replace any damaged/incorrect items free of charge.
Note: We do not offer refunds on clothing items. If you need a different size, we can offer an exchange, provided the article has not been washed or warn. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the item being exchanged.
If you are attempting to resell our products, refunds will not be provided for any reason.
